UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! First I am not a mechanic. Think twice before doing a job on your own by watching DYI videos to save a dollar. I called AAJ and they came to pick up my vehicle with the hour. After two hours of them towing it, I got a call saying they found the issue and it is ready for pick up! 🫡🤝😃 Hard working humble folks at AAJ!

I came in for a simple nail repair and ended up in a drawn out ordeal. I asked about wider rear tires to replace the damaged one, and when they didn't have my size, they recommended an alternative — which turned out to be truck tires on a passenger car. The handling on the highway was genuinely dangerous. To their credit, they swapped the tires out for free the next day and that is the reason for the second star. But they didn't rebalance the wheels after the swap, so the car was still unsafe to drive. I had to take it to a second shop just to finish the job correctly. I expect a tire shop to know which tires are appropriate for a given vehicle. And when correcting a mistake, I expect the work to be done properly. Neither happened here. I won't be returning.

AAJ Auto Service is terrible. They were contacted by my insurance company to tow my car. Took the job and estimated to arrive between 1 hour to 1 hour 45 minutes. 4 hours and 15 minutes later I tried calling them twice and went straight to voicemail that wasn’t set up. Insurance company tried calling with same result! This is not how you should treat people!

You helped my husband on his first trip in Arlington for his first metro event when he broke down on a highway, tho there was different attitudes about the fix you guys still helped and that is VERY appreciated! True Texan love! You have no idea what it means to us little guys in rural Texas 😆

I’m disappointed with this shop I was going here for tires for a little bit and when I was trying to get a service done at another shop for my suspension they couldn’t get one of my wheel bolts out to take my wheel off. I brought it to these guys because they are the last ones to tighten the wheel bolts he first tried to play it off like another shop did it playing on my intelligence. They tried getting it off and told me it’s not happening take it somewhere else other words it’s your problem. Which in the end cost me 120 dollars and my wheel getting burnt from negligence and unaccountability from this shop I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also some of the employees here are rude and unprofessional.
